ECO Systems Analysis decided to use Accent Plus, Inc. as a resource to implement collaboration tools for their new business. Google Apps was the best fit since users needed large mailboxes, wireless sync for Blackberry and connectivity with Microsoft Outlook.
Google Apps Premier Edition met each of these requirements and more. With 25GB mailboxes, storage is a non-issue (unlike other email solutions being considered). Postini for Google Apps was enabled allowing full control of SPAM filters and email archiving for compliance. Google Sync was configured for wireless synchronization of contacts and calendar items. ECO Systems Analysis users were trained on Google Docs and Google Sites and shortly after implementation, their public website (built in Google Sites by ECO Systems Analysis) was launched.
With a minimal investment, ECO Systems Analysis was able to quickly and seamlessly launch an entire collaboration platform with Google Apps that will last their company for years to come.
