Aptus Management, LLC Goes Google

Aptus Management, LLC came to Accent Plus, Inc. with relatively complex requirements.  As a new company with unique projects, Aptus Management users needed a centralized platform to manage email, contacts, calendar and documents.  With a multi-user environment, Aptus Management had many data sources including Microsoft Exchange, Google Apps Standard Edition and Micosoft Outlook PST files.  All of this existing data needed to be imported into a central platform for collaboration on dynamic projects.  Synchronization with Blackberry and Microsoft Outlook was a necessary requirement.
