Williams Property Group, LLC is a real estate management company that requires collaboration solutions compatible for both Mac and PC users.

Google Apps Premier Edition allowed Williams Property Group the ability for all users to operate within the browser, regardless of their primary operating system.  This provides a unified solution to ensure all functions are consistent for all users (both Mac and PC).

Accent Plus, Inc. deployed Google Apps for Williams Property Group implementing the following services:

  • GMail for business
  • Google Calendar (shared calendars)
  • Google Docs (shared files and folders)
  • Google Sites

As a non-profit (and part of a larger national organization), CFT  needed a secure, reliable, scalable collaboration solution that was affordable and needed a zero downtime implementation.

Weller Advisory, LLC Goes Google

Weller Advisory, LLC needed an IT collaboration platform to build their new business.  As an Google Apps Authorized Reseller, Accent Plus, Inc. provided a fully managed implementation of Google Apps Premier Edition.  With 25GB mailboxes, Postini, Calendar, Docs, Sites, Mobile and Outlook Sync, Weller Advisory achieved this platform quickly with zero downtime.

Accent Plus also provided Email, Contact and Calendar migration services in order for Weller Advisory users to have full access to all of their existing data (previously hosted on Microsoft Exchange).

TRO, Inc. Goes Google

TRO Inc., a North Carolina retailer and distributor has a multi-million dollar annual revenue with over 50 staff members including a corporate headquarters in Lakeview, NC.

TRO, Inc. moved to Google Apps Premier Edition for greater mailbox storage (25GB per user), integrated mobile device sync and use of Google Sites as a company-wide Intranet.  Since TRO, Inc. has a network of retail stores across North Carolina, they needed a scalable platform without complex local network requirements.  Since Google Apps runs in the cloud, each store is able to connect with only an Internet connection.
