Accent Plus Business Tools for Google Apps includes Contact Manager. Contact Manager is a cloud hosted application providing Google Apps users the ability to share personal contacts. Contacts are managed in Google Contacts and group sharing permissions are managed in the Accent Plus Contact Manager for Google Apps Dashboard.

Users can share their personal Google Contact Groups with other Google Apps domain users allowing access from Gmail, Google Sync for Microsoft Outlook and supported mobile devices.

Contacts are automatically added to “My Contacts” and the associated shared contact group every 24 hours. Shared contact groups can be identified with a “#” prefix in Google Contacts.
